Jim Lind is the President of New Vision Lending and a 30 plus year veteran of the mortgage industry.
Prior to founding New Vision Lending, Jim helped build two community bank mortgage platforms to over $2 billion dollars in volume. His experience includes a multi-channel operation with consumer direct, traditional retail, and wholesale lending.

Jim has a strong track record of success in developing performance cultures, sales teams, and operational platforms. He currently lives in the Kansas City area with his wife and three grown children.
